In addition, there are no open homes or signage required, providing a more user-friendly transaction, and the benefit of flexibility in settlement dates.

- Site size is a minimum of 800sqm
- Close proximity to public transport, education and amenities
- Relatively flat section or with minor slope
We are open to reviewing properties that fall outside of these parameters on a case-by-case basis, although most of our purchases align with the above criteria.
Alternatively if you have land you’d like to develop, we offer Joint Venture Partnership options.
