Why CETA

Get to know the story behind CETA and the model that brings our designers, project managers and builders together under one clear process, creating a more connected and considered approach from the first idea through to the finished build.

Our Story

Built around a simple idea: better homes come from good people, clear communication and care at every stage.

The CETA Model

From plans to completion, our integrated team manages the entire build with one clear process and one point of accountability.

“CETA made the processes of remedial works on the minor defects really easy, just getting the job done and to a high standard. Great communication and a great standard of build for a cost effective solution.”
