Introduction
Welcome to the “Buy a CETA Home and Win Household Package Worth $10,000” competition (“Competition”). By participating in this Competition, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).
Eligibility
This Competition is open to individuals who are residents of New Zealand and are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Ceta Homes, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Competition Period
The Competition begins on 10 August 2024, 12.00am and ends on 10 November 2024, 11.59pm (“Competition Period”). All entries must be received during the Competition Period to be eligible.
How to Enter
To enter the Competition, participants must sign a Sales and Purchase Agreement on any Ceta Home, and go unconditional on the purchase of the home within the Competition Period. Each completed house purchase will automatically qualify as one entry into the Competition. Any other methods of entry are not accepted.
Prize
One winner will receive a household package valued at over $10,000 (the retail value at the time of this Competition starting). The package includes the below (if unavailable, will be exchanged for an alternative item of similar value):
- 1x Fisher and Paykel Freestanding Refrigerator Freezer 63.5cm, 380L – (RF402BLPX6), Stainless Steel
- 1x Fisher and Paykel Combi Front Loader Washer Dryer, 8.5kg + 5kg (WD8560F1), White

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. The draw will take place on Friday 8th November. The winner will be notified via phone within 4 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Ceta Homes reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
Liability
Ceta Homes reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Competition if it cannot be conducted as planned due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
Privacy
Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
